DWP advise to make new claim for UC online but unable to find out where to make /send New Style Employment and Support Allowance claim, can anyone help?

Normally a new style ESA claim requires you to take the completed form to the JobCentre. My understanding is that currently if you ring the claim line (if you can get through) they will take the claim over the phone (as they always used to do).Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1

Thanks for your comments I have tried ringing and get through but get cut off once someone should be answering to take new claim, it seems as though it is automatic0
