Unemplyment Insurance - Changed my benefit level and increased monthly payment

Hi
I took out unemployment insurance a number of years ago and have been paying my premium and kept up to date.
I was emailed on Wednesday to say they had reduced my payment if I lose my job and also increased my monthly payment by around 10%
Anyone else had this happen?
