Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can suggest how I can get a Cash Equivalent Statement for my pension without having to pay Teachers Pensions £200. This seems like an awfully large amount of money, especially as I am embarking on a divorce. Any suggestions?

Not possible, I'm afraid. A divorce cetv is a very complex calculation, and can only be carried out by TPS. In addition to the cetv they will also provide you with other relevant information needed by the divorce Courts.
