Pension Advice Guaranteed Minimum payment

Has anyone having issues obtaining information on their Guaranteed Minimum Pension?
I have a pension with previous employer which matured last year when I turned 60. Have been trying to get information regarding this since November. It was in 2 parts a AVC  and a final salary. Delay seems to be linked to the guaranteed minimum part of the pension.
Company are not very forthcoming with paying out.
Anyone else in similar situation?

Do you mean that you are a deferred pensioner of a certain Defined Benefit Scheme and have reached Normal Scheme Pension Age?

Do you have the statement of deferred benefits  from when you left the company?

Do you have the Scheme Pension Booklet? If not, is it available on line?

When were you a member of the Scheme?

Have you obtained a  state pension forecast?

And have you actually claimed the pension?

Because I was employed with that company in the 90s their policy was to retire when you were 60. Final salary scheme
I have just turned 60 last year
Received info regarding this pension 3 years ago and transfer value was 180K
Wanted latest information regarding pension to see my options.
Despite several calls emails after 4 Months they say they cannot give me figures due to Guarantee benefit. With Actuaries and lawyers.
Think the issue is linked to some court case with Lloyds?
Just wondered if others had same issues.
