08:10 and I've just had a call from BWL asking what my intentions are. guy on the phone said I could set up a payment plan today or pay in full otherwise I'd face a CCJ. I told him this wasn't the case and he was giving misleading information and then he denied saying it and wouldn't repeat it.

It is always a good idea to tell scammers they are being recorded, even if they are not.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

So I've filed my defence, but think I may have been too hasty and just sent it off on the website before reading the defence thread on here. My bad I know. But I have asked PPS for the PDT printout on 08 October, they told me to contact BWL for it which I have on 20 October, 27 October and 04 November. Each time they tell me they have requested it from their client but can't give me a timeframe. Should I just keep emailing them and asking for it or just leave it and show they are not co-opporating?0

It's the responsibility of PPS to provide this information as part of your SAR. Once the 30 days is up send them a reminder and then lodge a complaint with the ICO. (Remind PPS that it's an offence under Section 173(3) of the 2018 DPA to block the release of this information).Kingmonkey77 said:So I've filed my defence, but think I may have been too hasty and just sent it off on the website before reading the defence thread on here. Thank you, I requested it as part of the SAR but PPS told me it wasn’t personal information so I had to request it through BWL who keep telling me they can’t give me a timescale on when I’ll receive itCastle said:

Awesome, thank you. I'll get on to it and get a reminder sent and compliant with the ICO as suggested.Castle said:
