Hi, I hope I'm posting this under the right catagory.
I moved out of my previous address 12 months ago. My ex still lives there and he has contacted today to say I've received a letter. So I got this letter form him and it was sent in November 2019.
It was from Pra group. They have written that I need to contact them about a personal reimbursement. And to quote the above refund number when i call them? Now I suffer badly with anxiety and think I owe some company money. I am assuming it was barclaycard which I paid off 12 months ago. Previously to me paying it off they said they owed me money but because I was doing a DMP they dealt with it for me. Does this mean the refund was wrong an Di need to pay it back or do they still owe it to me? Thank you in advance if anyone can shed some light on this. Its a Sunday night and I can't call them till I finish work tomorrow

It sounds like they owe you something but only they can tell you for sure.0
