Just exceeding 100k Threshold

MoneySaving Newbie
Hi,
Due to the sale of some work options, it looks like I will just exceed the 100k threshold limit for income this year. Unfortunately this will have some implications in terms of tax owed as I currently get 30 free hours childcare per week and tax free childcare.
I currently make pension contributions through salary sacrifice. If i make an additional personal contribution to my pension , will this reduce my adjusted net income or are additional personal contributions made from net pay not considered?
Thanks for reading
