Who can enter and entry requirements:

Free Cash Before Bedtime competition (“Competition”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.

Opening/closing date & time:

Competition opens for entries online via www.itv.com/win (“Website”) on 26th February 2020. 

Competition closes for entries online at 8.30 p.m. on 26th February 2020.

You must complete your entry before the closing date and time of the Competition. If you are part way through your entry when the Competition closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Competition.

How to enter:

To enter the Competition, visit the Website and follow the instructions.  You will need to register or log on to the Website before you enter the Competition. 

The Competition has two stages: 

Stage 1: Question Round 

You will have sixty (60) seconds to answer three (3) quiz questions (“Quiz”). Once your 60 seconds runs out or you have answered all three (3) questions (whichever comes first) the Promoter will calculate how many questions you answered correctly. You will only be able to attempt the Quiz once per Competition. 

If you answered all three (3) questions correctly within the sixty (60) second time limit, you will be entered into a prize draw (“Prize Draw”) to win the Prize.  

If you answer any of the questions incorrectly or fail to select three (3) answers within the sixty (60) second time limit, you will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

Please note that once you begin the Quiz, you cannot cancel or pause your Competition entry. 

Stage 2: Prize Draw

All entrants who answer all three (3) questions correctly at Stage 1 will be invited to submit their score (“Score”) and enter into a Prize Draw to win the Prize.  Entrants will have a maximum of ten (10) minutes to submit their Score and enter into the Prize Draw. After the ten (10) minutes has lapsed you will not be entered into the Competition and you will not be able to start your entry again.

You must complete Stages 1 and 2 via the Website in one go in order to be eligible for the Prize Draw. You should ensure that you have an adequate internet connection before entering the Competition. If you lose your internet connection, close or refresh your browser during either Stage 1 or Stage 2, or click ‘Back’ between starting the Competition and submitting your answer to the question, you will not be entered into the Competition, you will not be able to start your entry again and you will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

If no eligible entries are made for the Prize Draw by the close date, the Prize Draw will not take place and the Prize will not be awarded to any entrant. 

Winner selection: 

The draw will take place shortly after the Competition closes. 

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the first prize and a further five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win a runner up prize.

By entering the Competition, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV;
• You have read and accept these Free Cash Before Bedtimecompetition terms and conditions;
• You have read and accept the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms; and

·If you win, the Promoter may include and/or announce on a television advert, on the Websites, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at its discretion your name and county as in the form indicated by you on the entry page, details of the prize that you have won and/or correct answers you gave. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms.

Winner contact:

The winner and runners up may be contacted on the evening of the Competition, the following day or otherwise in accordance with ITV’s General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms.

Cost of entry:

Entry to the Competition is free. Data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network). 

Maximum number of entries:

One (1) entry per mobile phone number per Competition. 

Prize:

The first prize is a cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) and for the winner’s name and general location to appear in a television advert on ITV on 26th February 2020 (the “Ad”). 

Each of the five (5) runners up will receive a cheque for one thousand pounds (£1,000) and their name appearing on the Ad. The cheque will be made payable in the name of the entrant only and a signature may be required upon delivery.

The winner and runners up acknowledge that in the event that their name cannot be featured in the Ad due to technical failure, the name provided by the entrant being deemed incomplete or inappropriate by the Promoter (acting reasonably) or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and this part of the Prize will not be fulfilled.
