Does the letter show the court case number and the court the judgment was awarded in ?

Have you changed address. Is your V5 up to date with the DVLA ?

You can trust Brown Trout to check it is real.

There was a situation a couple of years ago when someone was emailing people pretending to be UKPC and demanding money, so it is worth checking.

I can also vouch for BrownTrout. Please do send the documents asked for.

Does the letter from UKPC have any other information such as a VRM? If so, is it yours?
If yes, ask the DVLA who requested your personal details and when. If not, complain to the DVLA and BPA that you are being harassed by an unregulated parking scammer over an alleged debt that isn't yours.

Send an SAR as per the NEWBIES to the scammers asking for all personal data they hold on you.

Please also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
