Took a girl to court as I bought a fake bag, stupid I know now, I won and need to send her a letter asking for money back. Is there a draft letter, can I do it myself. Any help would be welcome.:)

What does your court judgment say?
If she doesn't pay up then you have enforcement options available via the court (the methods depend on whether you sued a business or an individual). This incurs additional upfront costs to you but everything is added to the claim, provided a recovery can be made.
If you want to throw more money at it you can, via the court, ask for the assistance of the bailiffs.
If you know she can't pay then what's the point in spending any more time and money pursuing her?
You can send the boys round to lift the widescreen. You definitely don't want to send a letter telling them that though.
Whether there is a widescreen worth lifting is another matter though.

She has to have something in order for you to get anything back.
Was this a one off or does she regularly sell similar items? In other words, when you say shes not working do you mean she's not employed or that she has no revenue stream?
