thanks for your reply. Signage !!! thats where the problem is- they only mentioned the road in the LBC and its a long road with free parking. Only 1 hr free parking signage at the end of the road.
Again I did not receive a NTD nor aNTK .

I know the time is short but I had some difficult personal circumstances.

So you state the signage is utterly incapable, and raise it in the defence. You CANNOT leave arguments out of your defence. You include them, get the SAR response, and provfe it later.

I'd suggest copying and adapting to suit, the defence I wrote for another Sussex Defendant, basher52 because yours seems sparse so far.

Be careful and edit it to suit, because his was about multiple PCNs of £80 each with lots of plurals and 75% that needs changing to 60%, and he denied he was driving, because he wasn't.

But the rest shows you how I suggest an OPS defence should look.
