A little annoying given the effort taken to defend it and I am going to see if I can still claim costs regardless.You'd only be able to do this if they discontinued a few days before a scheduled hearing, unless unreasonable behaviour can be proved. Hassle, intimidation, harassment, letters be the sackful, misleading information, out and out lies sadly seem not to count!
