Interactive Invester - Company contributions

Right, I'm wanting to have my company pay a regular amount in to my SIPP. Currently have a small amount of £100 a month going in to my nest pension I setup for auto enrollment and will keep going.
In October I filled out a contribution sheet for 1st December payment. So far have had no confirmation other than some auto acknowledgement, no response to internal messages and nothing on my bank app to show a direct debit set up. All I want to do is transfer £2k a month. I could ring them, but I like to try every other method first as I have an absolute dislike of ringing people like a true millennial.
I've noticed on the site there's an option for a gross.personal contribution where no tax relief is claimed. Can I just add my company card details and do a payment that way? It's probably a naive question but thought I'd ask it anyway.
Will probably look for a new platform next year, not sure what my £19.99 goes towards, certainty isn't customer service.

Bump in the hope someone might be able to answer. Otherwise I'll bite the bullet and speak to a human tomorrow.0

Is this "your company" as in you own it , or are you an employee somewhere?0

OK, so I would think the optimun method would be to make a Ltd Company contribition as opposed to an employee contribution so no tax relief at II end but savings on Corporation Tax.
I'm not too familiar with how that all works but there have been various threads on here about it have you tried the Search facility?0 -

It could get very messy if you do, so I wouldn't.
You say you've filled out a contribution sheet - have you actually filled out the contribution form (assuming that's a different bit of paper) and returned it by post, as instructed on the form?
If 'yes', take a deep breath and give them a ring.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -

I emailed it in (theres an address on the form to be emailed too), form has my banks details on to setup the direct debit and the address.0 -
Ok, they said they'd look in to it for me as they didn't know. Received a message a few minutes ago to say direct debit will now be setup for january and apologised (I sent form off early october for a 1st Dec debit date).
I've asked them for a free trading credit as compensayshun for having to speak to a person.0 -

Seriously?
That is definitely not worth a compensation! 0 -

You are kidding right? II have people manning the phones to allow people like you to call them, it's their job and is part of the service they provide, and you want/expect compensation?
