Debt Recovery Euro Carpark

Hi,
We are a business with staff out on the road. We have received 3 individual parking tickets 2 for the same vehicle in quick succession and 1 for another for the same carpark. The customer site was local to the carpark and tickets were purchased each time, however they over-ran! The staff were not aware the carpark operated on camera capture on entrance and exit.
I have ignored such fines on a personal basis but having now received the debt recovery letter and increased fine on one I bit unsure how to proceed. The letter takes great pleasure in referring to the landmark case that has perhaps changed how this would be viewed if taken to court.
I am stuck on the moral issue of such an extortionate fine for what was an accidental over-run on a paid for parking ticket and just settling the fees because of the time and additional cost it could incur.
Any expert advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

They are not fines.
The advice to ignore a PCN has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.
Debt crawlers however can safely be ignored.
Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES that was just underneath where you clicked on the New Thread button to understand this scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Debt collector rubbish to ignore, total idiots with no power
Assume they refer to the Beavis case which has nothing to do with you BUT ....... it does mean something to their scam add-on because the famous landmark case made it very clear that ...

Euro Car Parks, at time of writing, have never taken any motorist to court. They do have 6 years in which to do so, so come back on this thread if you get either a Letter of Claim and/or an official court claim.
I rather suspect we won’t meet on here again. Meantime, retain, but continue to ignore debt beggar letters. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They’re taking me to court at the minute for a few PCN’s (see my thread for further info).
Looks like there are quite a few of us being targeted, “lucky” us I guess.0 -
Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra work.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
