Appeal evidence help for PCN

Hi Can I ask advise on my current appeal for BPA Parking Charge Notice (Parking Eye)

Parking charge claim I was in the car park 21 hours 31 mins
The fact of the matter is that I visited and left within 10 mins on 2 separate occasions over 2 days.

What evidence would be suitable for use in this case of appeal?
Witness statements confirming my car was not there as it was parked outside my house all night?

I also have my name on the top of the charge so they know my details as I have been fined before and paid them. :o

Edit your post to remove information about who does what on a regular basis, and who did what at a specific place, date and time.
Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. ;)
You have given away the identity of the driver by giving too much information.

Redact this information before you do anything else.

It is not a fine. You were mugged if you payed a previous PCN.

Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES that is just underneath where you clicked in the newthread.gif button.

Read it thoroughly then appeal using the template in blue you will find there.
Send it unaltered from The Keeper.

Send a separate SAR to the scammers DPO asking for ALL FOUR photos of the car as this was a classic double dip case involving two separate visit.
Report them to the ICO if they only provide two photos.

Complain to the BPA and DVLA that since this was a double dip, the scammers had no business obtaining your personal data.

Get all information and evidence you can to prove the car left and returned. Dash cam, the keeper's smart phone google maps location history, witness statements, work logs, photos, etcetera.
