When you've been told all the way through this not to reveal the identity of the driver, yet within 4 paragraphs of your letter to the CEO you've done just that. Sometimes these letters are forwarded to the PPC asking for their comments. You're about to blow your toes off! 💥
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Hi, I have a similar "SUMMONS" letter that has been sent to the registered keeper but she wasn't the driver of the car.
In one day stopped at local Starbucks and went quickly without to think at over road Mc (around 5min ) to pick up an order, haven't checked where I'm parking and even so mc was full and I was on hurry. On first letter I tried to a Starbucks manager to help me to cancel it but she didn't wanted. After that I have ignored the rest and now is I got the Summons.
Sorry for my bad writing but English is not my first language.
I'm trying to understand but you can call me a dumb, I can't understand when and who to complain or what to do.
    Thank you.

    You don't have a Summons.

Start a new thread by going (2 clicks) back to page one.  My signature wiords below, tell you where the link back is (top of the page).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
