Did they really use the word "summons"? It is not a criminal case.parkingfinerefuser said:Hi everyone. Quick update, I have since ignored all letters. I actually forgot to send the email. Do you think it is too late?KeithP said:What responses did you get fro the co-op?0 -
It is never too late to complain to the retailer. You obviously DO NOT admit that anyone visited another shop.
That headline on that letter is TERRIBLE and it needs reporting and they need banning.
Show us the whole letter please, logos at the bottom and all (covering your name and address and PCN number/ref).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks! Do you know where I can find the email address of the retailer? Would it be the CEO? I remember finding it difficult before, hence not emailing.0

What a nasty piece of work. Would be interested in @Johnersh view on it.Can't find any trace of this outfit at Companies House. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
