Sorry to start a thread but checking specifics.
I’ve received a NTK that has photos of my number plate in the car park and the times I entered and left. The allegation is “parking fee covering visit duration was not paid in full”. This is correct. I parked and got a ticket from machine (but accidentally only for 1 hour). Before this expired I tried to use the Ringo App to extend 7-8 times including updating the app but it repeatedly displayed an error message. I did take a screen shot but stupidly deleted it recently. So I did overstay what I’d paid for and they do have photos. Should I pay the £60 or appeal based on the ringo app not working tho I have no proof? Or just follow the newbie advice not to admit I was the driver and use the template ? Thanks and sorry again

The advice you have been given as keeper is correct
You wouldn't be told this if it wasn't correct
Submit the blue text template , as keeper , unchanged
Or go off piste and follow your own path , it's your choice
If you want to pay the £60 then do so , if you want our advice , it's use the template as keeper0
