Minster Baywatch PCN

So today i received a Demand for payment of unpaid charge by Minster Baywatch. Demanding that i pay £155 after failing to respond to the PCN they claim to have sent me.
I never received the original PCN for £60 or any other letter 14 days later for £100.
How can i prove that I didnt get either of these letters through. Do i still have to pay the £155 just on there word that these letters were sent , that seems unfair.
Any advice would be great ,thank you!

Are the details on the V5 correct and up to date? This is the first thing to check.
If they are, send an SAR as per the NEWBIES in order to flush out the NTK they allege hey sent previously.
Send the appeal template in blue text from the NEWBIES saying the reminder is the first the keeper has heard of this spurious charge and therefore considers it to be the NTK. It will probably be rejected but you will be able to show a judge you tried to engage should this get to court.

You can't prove a negative so you can't prove you didn't receive the NTK. You can demand they prove they sent it should this get to court.
