If you know anyone who is going to the US they are $200 over there. or if you know anyone in the scout movement they get 10% discount in Blacks.

I have also in the past "forgot my warrent" in blacks and they have always given me the 10% discount. BTW a warrent is a card that all leaders involved in the scout movement have and blacks ask for it to give the 10% discount.
