Debt Recovery Plus (DRP) Brochure

A few days ago I'm sure I saw a post from CouponMad* suggesting someone upload the Debt Recovery Plus (DRP) Brochure, which clearly shows they operate a no charge service. I'm not sure if anyone else has done this, but thought I would do so anyway.
I've downloaded the document and uploaded it to GoFile: Debt Recovery Plus (DRP) Brochure for anyone who might wish to make use of it.
The Protections of Freedoms Act, Schedule 4, limits any parking charge to £100. Even if it didn't, companies like DRP don't charge PPC's £50 for "debt recovery", they charge £0.
This is why your "parking charge" suddenly increases at "debt recovery" state. DRP take the apparent £100 parking charge, add £50 to it, then send the letter to you. If you then pay them, they keep the £50 and pass the £100 on to the parking company.
If you don't pay DRP the £150 invoice, they can't do anything further, not legally.
If you do find yourself in a situation where you're having "debt recovery" charges for DRP added to your "debt", feel free to download the above document and make it a part of your defence / witness statement, clearly showing that no "debt recovery fee" was ever paid for in the first place.
*My apologise if this wasn't you CouponMad!
