Praise for Burton McCall Ltd

I have a pair of Felco secateurs. I want to take them apart at the end of the season and give them a good clean. I know they usually provide a little gadget to use to take them apart, specially made for their secateurs but I'd lost mine. Yes, I know you can use a screwdriver instead, but mine were all too big.

I emailed Felco and asked where I could get one. They replied quite quickly, but as they are based in Switzerland, they said they would contact their UK distributors on my behalf.

I then received an email from a company called Burton McCall Ltd in Leicester, the UK distributors for Felco products. They said that they had some of the regulating keys in stock (the official name for the gadget I was after) and that they would send me a couple (free of charge) if I gave them my address.

I am now in receipt of 2 of these regulating keys, and yes, they are quite tiny and probably not worth a great deal in financial terms, but it's the gesture that impressed me.
