Recently had an interview regarding me doing an electrical course around 7000 for a 3-4 year course involving residential through to commercial Certification.

Wondering if anyone has used these and what there experiences was, cant seem to find any reviews on them

With any long-term training course, it is never a good idea to pay everything upfront. If the provider goes bust, you will not be able to complete the training and will have lost your money.

If you are able to pay by credit card, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act might offer you some protection, but I would check into this as I can't confirm that it would cover you or to what extent.

It would be much more sensible to arrange to pay the training provider monthly in advance, that way you are only risking a few hundred pounds. It they won't accept this, don't use them.

You should also check whether examination fees are included in the costs or whether these are on top, as they could add quite a bit to the final bill.
