Early letting term

Hi all
Just need a little help...
I rented a house in February. Rented through an agency. The house needed some repairs, and we agreed that I report every work that the house needed. Reported a few things in the en suite bathroom, in the family bathroom, and in the kitchen. Those repairs were also in the Inventory Certificate as needed to keep the house tidy, The Landlord and the management company keep postponing the work that needs to be done, saying they need more quotes. I had 2 contractors in my house, and 1 inspection by the agency. The 3rd contractor doesn't show up, and the landlord says that the other contractors are expensive. I'm waiting for more than 7 months now, and I'm tired of being chasing the management company and the landlord and even the contractor. I want to move to this house. Can I do that? I don't know my rights as a tenant. Can somebody help me, please?
Thanks in advance
Susana

Did you sign a fixed term?If yes, what dates?

No, you cannot use this as a reason to end the tenancy (though depending on the above questions you may be ableto serve notice and leave).

However, you can enforce the repairs:
    * Repairing Obligations: the law, common misconceptions, reporting/enforcing, retaliatory eviction & the new tenant protection (2015)
