I suspect I've not a leg to stand on.....

Hi all
I've not appealed or dealt with a PCN in a long time and am a bit rusty.
The short story: The driver (I am RK), has two PCN's from 5th September, both in Liverpool.
1) Parking Eye (Cains Brewery) - 11 minutes stay
2) VCS (Malmaison Apartments, private land) - Contravention time 14:49 (no other detail)
Basically, the driver has no defence etc (other than "it was such a short stay I didn't think anything would happen!")
Am I right to say that I've not got a leg to stand on or can these still be appealed?
Thanks in advance.

The keeper appeals using the already written for you blue text template appeal found in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.0 -
Of course you have reasons to appeal a private parking scam thinking along your lines is just plain defeatist, have you read the newbies thread, have you considered grace periods, are the PCN's compliant, was the signage compliant etc etc.0

Thanks KeithP - rookie mistake...not used the site in ages and I should know the score by now

I know fisherjim, just wanted to put it out there just in case there were new rules/issues I wasn't aware of. Driver can't remember any signage or anything.0 -
Hmm, if only....The VCS one has online pictures of vehicle (all angles) plus the parking sign/notice.
Can I still use the RK appeal template?0 -
yes ... VCS will probably not even read your appeal ....
