MS90 Conviction

Hello
I was charged for failing to provide drivers information concerning an offence of going through red light in January this year. I didn’t get any notice from police nor the court. I was convicted in absence. I got to know about this offence last month while trying to get a check code of my licence for an employer. I went for Statutory Declaration and realised that all police correspondences were sent to flat 52 while my flat is 72. My DL, V5C form all state flat no 72. Trial is adjourned to November. What are my chances of not being convicted please?

We don't know about criminal traffic offence rules, but pepipoo posters do:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=5
Post there - it's free but they don't allow Homail email addies to register with.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
