Jet2 holidays.

Just returned from our 4th or 5th holiday with Jet2.
Have immediately booked next years with them.
Every time has exceeded our expectations when taking into account prices paid, never had any problems whatsoever.
Best company I've dealt with, everything goes so smoothly.

Maybe the accommodation that the OP stayed in won't be available next year because lots of guests 'mooched about looking at circuit breakers' and they feel it's not financially viable..

Don't be stupid. They should just lock the cabinet, or not put it in such a prominent position.

last year their handler ripped a chunk out of the tail of the plane while we were sat at the gate. Apart from that I quite like them, making sure I buy a room with A/C of course ;)

Hate them, their customer service is a joke. We booked with them and paid a deposit. I could not get through to them on the phone for ages, this was just for a simple query and no one emailed me back. We cancelled the holiday and they would not refund the deposit, despite the fact we cancelled as we could not get through to them.

Disgusting service and their flights are way too expensive from Newcastle. £800 for two people to go to Spain (just flights). Someone is having a laugh. Prefer Easyjet by far.

For every person who says a company is great, there's somebody who thinks they're rubbish.
No personal experience but my friend think they are great - holidays and flight only.
When you book a holiday, you'll have signed the T&C's stating that if you cancel you'll lose the deposit.
Aren't there alternative ways to get in touch? (I genuinely don't know the answer).
Some companies have phone numbers or 'live chat'.

Re the Jet2 v easyJet prices:
    Are you comparing like-for-like?
Same dates, similar flight times, same destination airports?

Jet2 flights only to Spain are at least 3 times if not 4 times the price of Ryanair.....
You pays your money you takes your choice.
