just received parking charge from Horizon parking .Overstay in the Arnison center Durham as I live no more than 5mins driving time from center I def wasn't there from 9-07 until 15-02 on 31st Aug. i've sent email stating this and picked a friend up from said center at 14-48 and brother came for visit from 11 that morning what can I do any advice please

Complain to the retail park that they are allowing their parking git to scam you. Retailer managers can cancel these in a heartbeat.
If they refuse, have you got dashcam or Google location proof of 2 visits?
