Hi guys
i have been issued with a PCN
so here is how it goes
i was parked on the road in a marked parking bay with disabled badge correctly displyed
the parkin bay is long enough to get 3 maybe 4 cars in the bay now one of the parking signs
says resident permit parkin but not more than ten feet away another sign says mnonday to Saturday 9am 5pm 30 minuets no return within one hour remember both these signs are within the same parkin bay an I correct in thinking the bay is incorrectly signed ?

it was Nottinghamshire county council who issued the pcn0 -
Looks like a council PCN, in which case you need to log on to Pepipoo fightback forums as we deal with Private Parking Companies. Pepipoo are the council experts. Do not sign up with a Hotmail email address.0
