Found a drain, is it a Rodding point or soak away?

Morning all,
Found a hidden drain last night whilst clearing a small area at the back of the shed. It’s right next to the fence between us & next door. I’ve put the hose down & a fair amount of water does indeed disappear, so it’s connected. Any idea what type of drain it would be, didn’t show up on anything picked up on surveys it’s the only drain not showing..

Now to get a cover for it either way.
