Moisture ingress to new front door

We purchased a new wooden front door from DoorDeals which was a big investment for us. We followed all instructions and treated the door carefully with the recommended products. However, the door has now warped and will no longer open/close. DoorDeals sent our photos to the manufacturer but claim there's nothing they can do as it must be due to us not following the instructions (and I guess we can't prove that we did!).

Do we have any options here or is it just time to accept it and move on?

Did you pay by credit card ?
If so, the CC company can be held equally liable and you can raise a dispute through them.
