We purchased a new wooden front door from DoorDeals which was a big investment for us. We followed all instructions and treated the door carefully with the recommended products. However, the door has now warped and will no longer open/close. DoorDeals sent our photos to the manufacturer but claim there's nothing they can do as it must be due to us not following the instructions (and I guess we can't prove that we did!).
