Hi again,
I recently appealed to PE re a PCN for a 17 minute overstay (Original thread here)
It was rejected (surprise!) so now writing my POPLA appeal.
I have a "golden ticket" - no PoFA paragraph and received my NTK after the 14 day period.
The grounds I was going to use are:
Would you also suggest I include signage and landowner authority too?
Thanks!

The grounds I was going to use are:
- no keeper liability
- not being the liable individual
- delivered outside of relevant period
- grace periods
Would you also suggest I include signage and landowner authority too?
Thanks!

yes I would , regardless, they should always be in any popla appeal or defence in court , make them prove their case , give them more to chew over , you only have to win on one point0

You need to let this thread die and copy your post # 1 on here to your original thread (IF it is the same issue). Forum protocol is one PCN - one thread. This is to make sure posters don't have to keep dodging about the forum trying to find your original info (I know you provided a link)! If it is a separate issue, then more detail is required.0

As said above, one thread only
But read this about PE and Welcome Break
