2 Windows 10 Updates today and Neither will Install (UPDATE: All Ok Now)

2019-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 (KB4511555) - Error 0x8e5e0408

2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x86-based Systems (KB4512941) - Error 0x80070020


I've run Troubleshooter and downloaded the Troubleshooter Pack, but no joy.

Now what?

    Okay, now i am trying to download and install direct from Microsoft Update Catalog.

    Will report back..

    Mine is having trouble installing KB4512941, looks like it tried once and failed and now seems to be stuck at 74%.


    edit : now seems to be moving along

    Both installed and restarted. Might check if my printer works now :o

    I manually downloaded and Installed via Microsoft Update Catalog

    I see that since the Updates alot of my Settings have been changed / switched back on by Microsoft :mad:

    EG: Privacy Apps accessing personal everything!


    Update: Interesting nothing has changed on my other PC which installed the updates ok (The usual way) . Just the settings on this one which i had to download manually.
