I have been away for a few weeks here and there and come back to a horde of post.. this being one of them. is there anything I can do or just pay up. I was 16 minutes over time having a catch up with 2 other mates in the military. being a new user I cant upload a link for the image yet but its a Claim form from County Court Business Centre, Northhampton. amount claimed is £100 court fees is £25 and legal rep is £50. I'm past the reply date of the letter which was issued on the 29th of July 2019.

Assume it is a PCN, in which case if you are not out of time to appeal, do so using the Blue Text pre-written appeal in the NEWBIE sticky post # 1, since you've been having trouble, it's here. Scroll down until you see BLUE text.
It's a court claim. It's gone way beyond that.
Try registering on the MCOL site and seeing if it will let you acknowledge the claim. You might still be in luck.
Instructions are in the second post of this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/48168220 -
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Can I now suggest you go around all the other threads you have posted on and delete your posts from them?0
