Dunelm Made to Measure Curtains

We are thinking of having Dunelm made to measure curtains, and also to use them to put up the poles etc. The person who came round to measure was very helpful and friendly, and I know the curtains are made in a big, new factory somewhere in the north of the country.

I've seen a similar question on MSE from a couple of years ago, but wondered if anyone has used them recently.

We would like to know what sort of quality of finish we can expect, whether the people who put up the poles are knowledgeable and friendly, etc.
