Is there a date set yet to celebrate the happy day of no more microsoft support updates for windows 10.

Every time I get one of these evil updates something (usually drivers) gets cocked up on my computers.

They still haven't ended support for Win 7 yet so what makes you thing Win 10 will be any different. It'll be years away yet.

I thought Windows 10 was the Windows to end all Windows. There will never be Windows 11, just Windows 10 version......

... until they change their mind. ;)

I agree that Windows 11 is highly unlikely ... probably more like Windows WhateverYearTheyIntroduceIt :D

The whole idea of W10 is there will no need for a complete new version of windows in the near future, it will be just be updated with new features as and when they are developed like the recent update to 1903.

I have been running W10 for eighteen months and have never had problems with any updates.

Microsoft effectively decided to go the Apple route, Mac OS 10 is now 18 years old and going strong on version 10.14

The only difference is Apple use snazzy names to help you identify the version you are running, they are currently on Mojave I believe. Microsoft just name the build 1803, 1809, 1903 etc. The year and then the month.

I have worked in IT for 18 years and have no problems with Windows 10 for the record. 1903 works just fine.
