Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted without notice, unless the competition has stated it will accept multiple entries.
Duplicate or fraudulent votes will not be counted and will lead to disqualification.
In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning entries or winners or the operation of any part of the competition the decision of the Promoter shall be final.
The PLAYMOBIL® FunPark draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
The Prize draw is not open to employees or agencies of Casual Dining Group
Entry into the Prize draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The Prize draw closes at midnight on Tuesday 10th September 2019. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
One winner will receive 4 tickets for a holiday to the PLAYMOBIL® FunPark in Germany, including flights and accommodation for the duration.
Plus 50 runners up will receive a Playmobil goody bag including magic stickers, temporary tattoos, movie figurine, cup and sticker set.
Bella Italia accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The winner will be notified by phone or email on or before Monday 16th September and given details of how to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond to the prize claim within 7 days of being notified by Causal Dining Group, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from the promoter within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
No purchase necessary.
