Westcott and CC debt

I have a business, which is still running, but struggling. I haven't been paid by the business for a while to be honest. I have a business credit card from Natwest in my name with £3800 due on it, and have recently been contacted by Westcott. They are asking me to contact them to arrange a payment plan - but I haven't done this yet.

Does anyone have experience in a similar situation? Will they send bailiffs to my business or home address if i don't contact them. Would it be best i set up a payment plan, even though i can't afford to pay lots each month?

Any help would be really, really appreciated.

It’s always best to speak to whoever you are in debt to. Avoiding it won’t help matters, even though it might seem the more palatable option now.
