Tupe transfer advice

Hi
Hope someone can help me with my current situation
I have been employed by this family run restaurant for 15 years.
I was given a week's notice and at the end of my notice I got a p45 with a letter saying this guy wanted to continue your employment no mention of a transfer under tupe please get in touch.
So I contacted him and he knew nothing about me
Then I found out after my employment finished from my former employer I got a text message that I have been tupe transfered over to new owner of the lease ... I said I wasn't aware of this transfer I got no reply.
Hope this is enough information for anyone to help
