The Competition closes at the end of 7th December 2007.
2. You confirm that you are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and that either you or your chosen companion, or both of you, are over eighteen (18) years of age. A valid passport will be required as proof of age.
3. Cash alternatives are not available and prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Employees (or family members of employees) of Warner Bros., companies associated with the Competition and/or affiliates of such companies may not enter the Competition.
5. Warner Bros. reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event that any awarded prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
6. Warner Bros. and its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury caused or for any failure or breach by any party in connection with the Competitions and the prize (as set out in clause 7 below) save in respect of death or personal injury arising from Warner Bros.'s negligence.
7. If you are not able for whatever reason to accept the prize then Warner Bros. reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
8. The prize in the Competition shall consist of:
-flights from London to LA for two (2) including returns, subject to availability (the exact travel times and details to be notified by Warner Bros. to you, and all regulations and restrictions printed on and relating to the relevant tickets will apply and be binding on the winners, and any alterations to the said tickets will be at the expense of the winners)
-five (5) nights accommodation with breakfast in LA based on two people sharing
-Tour of Newport Beach
-Meal at the Crab Cooker
-5 Days self drive car hire (driver must be over 21 and hold a valid licence)
-travel insurance
For the avoidance of doubt the prize set out in this clause 9 shall be the entire prize to be taken as between the winner and their chosen companion.
9. The total prize fund available under this Competition is limited to the aforementioned prizes.
10. The winner(s) will be determined at random from all eligible entries by means of a free prize draw (the winners to be chosen in consecutive number order).
11. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person.
12. Subject to clause 15 below, the winner will be notified no more than 30 days after the Closing Date, or entrants can contact Warner Bros at the above address for details of the winner, subject to data protection legislation.
13. Warner Bros., acting reasonably, reserves the right to delay the timing of the prize draw and/or the announcement of the winner.
14. Warner Bros.? decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the results.
15. For the avoidance of doubt you are solely responsible for any and all expenses not included in the first prize as set out in clause 9 above including without limitation transfers and airport taxes.
16. You must have a credit card for the check-in at the hotel.
17. In all cases Warner Bros. shall not be liable for tickets and/or prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond Warner Bros.'s reasonable control.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall be the sole courts of competent jurisdiction.
19. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this agreement or to any of its provisions.
