Business Partnership - Disagreement

Good morning, I don't know if im posting on the right forum but I'm just looking for some advice.
My uncle holds a business which has been going quite a long time, his business partner passed away last year and so he asked me to step in. Ever since, things have turned sour even though he's my uncle, he's assaulted me, said things to me that affects my mental health (i have depression and anxiety)
Last week he told me he's kicking me off the business and getting someone else in,
I just need to know if he can do this. The only documentation I have is from HMRC stating I'm in a partnership with that business. I will be owed money from May which gets paid in June but I know he won't pay me anything.:(
I'm not sure I have a case here, but I just wanted to see if anyone could offer advice.
Apologies if I posted in the wrong place.

You might be better off on the small businesses board.
Do you have a written partnership agreement? If yes - what does it say about dissolving the p'ship?
Are you a paid employee or simply a member of the partnership?
Have you invested any money in the business?
I don't know what the answer to your problem is, but I suspect other posters will ask you similar question - so think about your answers.0
