Insurance Claim through Kaizen Law need help please

Hi i had accident in 2018 and someone recommended me Kaizen Law . now the problem they only telling me the offer they received is £1500 and my son was with me in the accident and he received £2100 offer for injury settlement .
SO i have asked them i am going to take it to court this is very law figure so the letter they send me for demanding fees of the court .
now i think they are playing games with me so i accept law price so they can keep more money into their pockets can someone advice me what to do and what are my legal rights to find what is the original amount was offered by third party insurance as Kaizen LAw are not telling me .

Kaizen Law have said they have received an offer of £1500. Why you think that is not the full offer made by the defendant?

If you take the matter further and lose in court then you will be liable for the defendants costs and Kaizen Law's costs. If you win these costs would be payable by the defendant.

Kaizen Law are entitled to be paid for their work by whoever wins in court, either by you or by the defendant.
