Motorcycle insurance

Hello everyone 
could really do with some advice regarding this, so I've recently got my bike and my girlfriend was kind enough to sort the insurance for me, the situation is I don't live at my girlfriends as I have my own flat, so the bike is registered to my address but the bike is kept and insured at my girlfriends, I don't need the bike when I'm at my flat because I live in the city centre, so the bike is always kept at the girlfriends is this okay?

You need to make sure the insurers know your address, and the address that the motorcycle is kept at are different addresses.0
