Bathroom floor suggestions

Hello, we are having our bathroom done in three weeks and initially we were going to have the floor tiled but found out that we didn't have enough tiles to do the floor as well and Wickes no longer sells that colour. So this gave us options on what to do for the bathroom floor. It's a fairly small size around 3 square metres, we're looking at cork flooring, Karndean, soft cushion flooring or back to porcelain tiles but we have a toddler and would like to keep it safe for him.
Also anyone from South Yorkshire who can recommend a flooring company? Thank you.

When we had our bathrooms done we went for porcelain tiles with underfloor heating. It was a bit of a luxury but we could not have been more pleased, a toasty warm floor in the morning is amazing.

The underfloor heating is on a timer so can be set as needed and turned off for the summer.
