So I've received my mortgage offer and just sent the acceptance form back. If all goes to plan I should hopefully complete by end of April. However as the lead times on some of the furniture I want is quite long I'd like to order now. However if I do that I'd need to put them on my credit card until I get paid at the end of April (also get my annual bonus the same time).
So .. if I've received my mortgage offer, are all the credit checks done and its safe to use my card and possibly even do interest free credit for the sofa, etc?

Just to note, unlikely to go down the path of interest free as I probably won't need to anyway, but good to know either way. Its really more about whether if I use the credit card now that someone (lender) will ask/challenge?
