Welcome to MSE firstly, secondly the refund of the line rental is via cashback, you pay the full amount of very month and then reclaim it from e2save. The first 3 months are discounted by 3 and you have to send in your 4th, 8th and 12th bill to e2save for them to refund you. Should be some further info in your pack - some redemption vouchers.

I think it means that the deal is calulcated:

    - first 3 months charged at half price directly by three (worth £45)
    - you need to apply for cashback at months 4,8,12 by sending over your airtime bills (worth £187.08)

So you save £232.08 in total!

So, the receipt should have actual said "Network Gift 3 months at £15 from your network"?. (not £100).
