Nightmare! Wanted long stay travel insurance

Can anyone recommend a LONG stay (90 days) travel insurance for over 65.s. We do have pre-existing conditions under control. we are not wanting cancellation, baggage or anything else JUST for medical insurance. I have filled in umpteen quotes, but the amounts they ask in my view are astronomical, £650 and more!
If anyone knows of a company that is fair, please let me know.
