Whatsap not downloading videos or pics on MAC

Basically as the title suggests.
I read my WhatsApp via my MAC when I'm not out as it's easier for me to see but in the last 2 months I can no longer view them.
Fine on my phone but now no longer on the PC.
Anyone have any ideas ??

Delete Whats App and install Telegram, and advise all of your contacts to do the same. That way you won't have Facebook mining every single conversation that you have...0
