Even the average Chinese website has better grammar than this one!
No returns policy. Any returns are at their discretion and attract a restocking fee. Any damages to be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
This company clearly knows/ cares nothing for the laws they are bound by.
Definitely one to avoid.0 -
They seem to have a genuine shop on a trading estate. The phone number on google maps doesn't match the one on the website, but they may run the businesses separate. You could always call the number for Decoramic Tiles 01634710083 and see if its the same business.0

Affiliate Program
Brit Tile Centre affiliate program is free and enables members to earn revenue by placing a link or links on their web site which advertises Brit Tile Centre or specific products on it. Any sales made to customers who have clicked on those links will earn the affiliate commission.

The same business that wants payment by bank transfer??!0 -
I tend to find that a companies products are often of the same quality as their t&c's. Using that as a rule of thumb will give an idea of what their tiles may well be like.0

Any company or person wanting money transfered by bank transfer should imo be avoided.0

Can you even buy anything? I tried to randomly add stuff to my basket and every single item had the BUY button disabled and only offered the Get A Quote button.
PS - the domain was registered on 1 May 2013, so it's not a new, fly-by-night domain.0 -
It looks 'legitimate' in that it looks to be a buisness' website, and not a scam/fake site, from what I can see. Its just a poor website and if you want to do business with them based on those t&cs would be up to you.
As kind of mentioned from the address they now seem to be trading as Decoramic/Decoramic Tile Centre, https://decoramic.co.uk/ So that might be an older site.0
