Distance selling, purchase made in spain

Bit of a long shot. Does anyone know the distance selling rights when it comes to purchasing from a spanish airline (vueling, part of iberia).

They're whatever Spanish consumer rights laws allow for. (Should be largely similar to the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, but obviously under Spanish law).

Thanks DoaM, I'd kinda figured that much out for myself already :)

Its the next level of detail I need, primarily what the regs are and which bits to quote/where to find further info.

The answer probably depends on what you bought from them

The obvious (a flight) is unlikely to be covered by DSR but other more tangible items may be

Its a flight, funnily enough :) Purchased on the 27th, with the flight day being the 28th. Somehow during the process the date changed randomly to the 14th march. Im not sure if it was a mistake of my fingers, or their website (although I have my suspicions), but either way the flight is useless to me, so naturally I'd like to cancel it. Their website is saying "no cancellations or refunds"

Flights are exempt from distance selling regulations, both here and everywhere else in the EU.

If you had evidence that it was an error caused by their website you could try for a chargeback, or possibly a S75 claim if eligible, from your card issuer, but as it's equally as likely to be your fault I doubt if they'll accept a request.
